Appointment Policy

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • No coffee or other stimulants.
  • No alcohol or other blood thinners.
  • No Retin-A skin care products.
  • If you have any questions concerning medical conditions, please consult your physician before booking your appointment.


BOOKING DEPOSIT

A booking deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment and is credited towards your scheduled service. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposit may not be credited towards different people or different services after booking the original service (for example if you booked brow service, credit may only applied to brows, not lips, eye liners, lashes, etc...service.)


RESCHEDULING

  • 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment or the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Clients are allowed 1 reschedule within 6 months from the first cancelation of the appointment.


LATE ARRIVAL

  • Please plan to arrive on time and plan for traffic.  
  • If you are more than 15 mins late, your deposit will be forfeited and appointment cancelled.


DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF,

  • You are under the age of 18,
  • You are pregnant or nursing,
  • You are taking blood thinning medications, or
  • You have viral infection or diseases.


Complementary Touch-Up Policy

Complementary touch-ups must be scheduled 4-8 weeks from the initial procedure and only be rescheduled once.  Touch-ups after 8 weeks from the initial procedure will incur additional fees.

Consultation Policy

Clients that do not show up to their scheduled will be charged a $50 no-show/cancellation fee due prior to the next booking. 

  • Eyebrow consultations have a booking fee of $50. 
  • The $50 fee is non-refundable and may only be applied towards your eyebrow Microblading/Shading service, only if purchased within 30 days of your initial consult. 
  • If you miss your appointment or purchase after the 30-day deadline, the $50 is forfeited.

Procedure Room Policy

Cell phones must be put in silent or airplane mode.  All necessary calls or text must be done before the starting the procedure. Interruptions may negatively affect the result of the procedure.


For the best results and the concentration of the artist, only artist assistant and client are allowed in the procedure room. All client's guest must wait in the waiting area. No children under the age of 18 and No pets is allowed inside the procedure room.

Allergies Policy

If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to any of our product or you think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply contact us with this request. Refunds are not given for any allergic reactions.
